After reading a lot of these messages, I am willing to start a Class Action against Gold Forex using "Class Action Suite against Costagold" as a model. 
The cost to all would be nothing untill settelment is reached.
If interested, please leave your responce here.

This has been suggested before and no-one was interested.
Just an observation, according to your profile you have only been a member since yesterday. If that's the case, how can you have invested here and not been paid. Unless the date is for the forum only of course?
I think the Costagold case has no relevance here.
Costagold failed to pay ANYONE after a certain date.
It then seems they paid $1.5m into escrow and tried to run.
It was from this escrow fund that people got paid.
GoldForex ARE paying people, just not within the timeframes promised.
Is that illegal?, not sure.
GoldForex have had every opportunity to run but they are still here, well they were in the forum yesterday.
As long as they can prove they are trading and paying, what chance do you rate in court?
Just my thoughts....anyone else?

listen carefully bullshiitmoose, "if they want to run, they will shut down their website..." - this is what people are thinking on year 2004. we're 2005 and scammers are everywhere. why would they run if they can make profit? it is better to stay and to gain profit from everyone as the shiit ass of rate is 4.9/5.
they have lost a lot of $$$ to pay all the members before 2004. we are 2005 and the rate is 4.9/5, so it's time to get all the payment back.
eveyone, this is what GOSHFOREX (GOLDFOREX) is thinking.

how does one initiate something like a class action suit against a fraudulent site?
hyipcyder.com has never paid anyone.
when you call the number listed in the WHOIS database (for that site) you get someone named manuel who knows nothing of the program.
evidently there are still people investing. what can i do? |

Unless you can get the true information on whoever is running a scam,
you have no chance bringing a court case.
No good running to the cops either, they are not going to spend resources chasing ghosts around the internet.
It's been pointed out to me many times, anyone driven by greed (that's us by the way!) deserves everything they get.
Any losses we suffer are just that, losses.
We should treat them as that and move on.
