Plan: Gold. Amount: 255 USD. Expected Yield: 612 USD. Days late: 15 and counting. No reply from Admin after 3 e-mails and 3 phone calls to emergency number. Date of deposit: April 12, 2005. If I do not receive 612 USD in two days I will notify IFCC, NW3C and FBI at: www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp It would be a good idea to pay me. Batch number 43655965.

| Sorry foreman, the legal language in the terms of use keep you from having any legal recourse. You are better off waiting/writing this off as an investment loss. |

Sorry back at you, shlankydoo! I have seen websites shut down. They were late in paying and ignored e-mails and phone calls. In two days if I don't have my 612 USD I will call the Feds.
I will decide what is better for me to do!

| Dear Foreman, thank you for considering my message fully before deciding immediately that I was wrong. Thank you for not relying on high emotions at a perceived loss. Thank you for your mature commentary on my message, and your extreme knowledge in this matter. Thank you for choosing what I am sure is the proper discourse, and most of all, thank you for not falling prey what I am sure was not a valid point on my part. I am sure this will all pay out for you in the end. |

Thank you shlankydoo for seeing it my way. I am sure you will agree also that since you don't know me, you should refrain from assumptions. I am an investor, and as a businessman I expect to get a return; thats why I invested in the first place. I don't have extreme knowledge and it is obvious you don't either, or you would KNOW that business is goverened by investment vs. return; risk vs. gain. I did choose the proper discourse as I expect deals I make to be honored. I trusted Gold Forex with my money and all I get is being ignored; both my calls and e-mails were not replied to which is UNPROFESSIONAL. I am sure that in any case, whether I get my due and earned return or not, that I did act as a professional and expected the deal made to be honored. If Gold Forex is honest then the Feds will find that out, if not they will find that out too. Thats not up to me. If Gold Forex wants to keep my trust they should reply to my e-mails and phone calls. That would be professional business behavior. Thank you for agreeing with me! I am so worried about what you think!I have other investments making returns, so I can afford loosing at Gold Forex. I don't like being ignored. Its unprofessional.

What do you think the Feds are gonna do?
GoldForex isn't based in America.
Feds aren't gonna be interested. |

| As a true investor, you would realize that as you weighed risks versus return, this investment is very high risk. Regardless of whether or not this business is unscrupulous, you still chose to dump your money into this business after you weighed the risks, which were significant. In other words, consider deeply whether or not shutting down the site would be to your advantage. In the event that this business is a scam, they will simply reappear and continue scamming. However, in the event that this busniness is forthright, your actions would simply delay the payment you insist is owed. So, put a little more thought into whether or not you would like to burn bridges, or consider another way to make money. |
