Bad news. E-Gold freezes our 4 accounts: 2032352, 2034788, 2043148, 2055921 We can't access to these accounts at all. Of course those aren't hacked and we didn't change passphrases. We contacted e-gold and we are waiting for their response. If they reply negative, unfortunately we will have VERY BAD NEWS for you. If you can, please help us. This problem such as previous, is not our financial or technical problem. Probably someone contacted to e-gold (for a due payment) and they do it.

I've also emailed E-gold on your behalf as well.
I think if we have enough people emailing them, they could unfreeze your account.
Plus if MingKwong could email them as well it would be great.
regards, Joel

I sent this to e-gold, maybe it will help
Regarding GoldForex
I have heard that GoldForex account have been forzen (2032352, 2034788, 2043148, 2055921). I support them fully. It seems that most of this hassle is due to "MingKwong". If you go to GoldForex's website you will find that it clearly states: "payments are made after 7 days directly in your e-gold account."
It says that people are paid after 7 days not on the seventh day, but after 7 days. That means exactly what is says.
Also "4. It is understood that the administrators of Gold Forex is in no way responsible for the performance or lack of performance of any investment or private arrangement that comes to the attention of the reader here. You are completely responsible for all decisions made. Use your own judgment and practice due diligence. " "7. You agree to hold all moderators and general members of Gold Forex harmless of any liability. If you invest in any club, program, or private arrangement brought to your attention by Gold Forex, you are doing so at your own risk. " "11. You also agree to only invest money that you can afford to lose. You understand that in all investment arrangements, past performance is no guarantee of the same future performance. Any investment of Gold Forex can fail at any time. Please invest at your own risk. " "15. If you do not agree with the above disclaimer please do not go any further, and do not apply for investment to Gold Forex. Violation of any of these rules will remove you permanently from the program!" All of this is directly from their site. It clearly states that investing with GoldForex is a risk and there are no garuentees. Anyone that has complained to e-gold is a moron and doesn't understand what they are agreeing to. If they don't understand then they should transfer any funds. Please unfreeze their accounts.

I have also emailed E-Gold and basically said the same thing that Blackstarter said. Hope this is resolved ASAP! What else can we do but email E-Gold and ask them to stop this.

| Guys, E-Gold is probably looking at your emailings as spam. It isn't going to help matters at all, and is possibly going to hinder Gold Forex getting the accounts unfrozen. The issue is one that Gold Forex is going to have to deal with in the proper manner. E-Gold has their own procedures to deal with these situations. Mass emailings aren't among those procedures. This isn't a petition -- we aren't trying to bring back Star Trek for another season. This is, in E-Gold's opinion, a responsibility both morally and legally to protect their customers. I'm sure if Gold Forex contacts E-Gold themselves, then a resolution (favorable to us or not) will be reached. All we can do is sit back and watch the proceedings take place (3rd hand, unfortunately). |

Dear Admin,
A good advise would be to send e-gold some personal informations such as your company address, ID, Business accounts and other personal informations, wich gives goldforex a legal and professional attitude.
Contact e-gold and tell them about the risks that are involved in forex trading. Also tell them about your user aggreement.
Regards, Steffen Lund goldtiger0@walla.com

You should be able to pay with the current working egold a/c first. Most of the money should be invested in your forex trading business, unless its a ponzi/pyramid scheme like those other !@#$ scams. You should just divert the profit return first to your new egold a/c and try to get back the reserve fund in the frozen egold a/c.
This new setback should not be a excuse for freezing our payments that was due more than a week ago. |
